- If you give us your mobile number and opt in, SwiftPro may text you about your free water report, your Home Water Checkup, and related water and home services.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
1. Program description
This text-message program ("the Program") is operated by SwiftPro Heating, Cooling & Plumbing ("SwiftPro," "we," "us"), VA Class A Contractor License #2705192276, 4230 Lafayette Center Dr, Suite N, Chantilly, VA 20151, in connection with My Free Water Report (myfreewaterreport.com). Through the Program we send text messages about your requested water report, scheduling and reminders for your free Home Water Checkup, follow-ups about your water and home-comfort options, and occasional related offers.
2. How you opt in
You are added to the Program only when you provide your mobile number to us and agree to receive texts — for example, by submitting a form on this site to unlock your report, book a checkup, or join the Neighbors program, where the consent language appears next to the button. Your consent is not required to buy anything from us. If you book an appointment, we may also send you transactional messages (such as a booking confirmation or a technician-arrival notice) related to that appointment.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on how you interact with us and the service you requested. This is a recurring-messages program.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your plan with your wireless carrier. SwiftPro does not charge for the messages themselves. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending Program text messages. You may continue to receive messages you specifically request, and you can rejoin at any time by opting in again. You may also opt out by emailing [email protected] or calling (703) 997-9757.

7. Supported carriers
The Program is available on major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages, and carrier support may change without notice.
8. Your privacy
We use the mobile number you give us to run the Program as described above. We do not sell your mobile number, and we do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing. We may share your number with the service providers that help us deliver messages and follow up with you (for example, our messaging and CRM platforms), who process it on our behalf. 9. Changes to these terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post them on this page, and we will update the effective date above.
