- We ask for your ZIP code to show you your water system's report, and your name, email, and phone if you choose to unlock the full report or book a free Home Water Checkup.
- We use that information to deliver your report and follow up about the checkup. We never sell your personal information.
- This site uses analytics and advertising-measurement tools (PostHog, Meta Pixel) and a CRM/chat tool (LeadConnector / HighLevel) to run the service.
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information any time at [email protected].
Who we are
My Free Water Report (myfreewaterreport.com) is a free water-quality resource operated by SwiftPro Heating, Cooling & Plumbing ("SwiftPro," "we," "us"), a Virginia Class A licensed contractor (License #2705192276) located at 4230 Lafayette Center Dr, Suite N, Chantilly, VA 20151. What we collect
- ZIP code. You type it in so we can look up the water system that serves your area. A ZIP code on its own is not tied to your identity.
- Contact details you choose to give us. If you unlock the full report or book a free Home Water Checkup, the form asks for your name, email address, and phone number (and, for in-home visits, your service address). These forms are provided by our CRM platform, LeadConnector / HighLevel.
- Location, only if you tap "Use my current location." Your browser asks your permission first. We convert the coordinates to a ZIP code using OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service. Coordinates are kept in our private site analytics only — they are never attached to your name or sent to our customer system.
- Usage data. Like most websites, we collect technical data — pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and how you found us — through server logs and the analytics tools below.
Tools we use

- Meta Pixel — measures whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram work, and lets us show ads to people who visited this site. (Meta's privacy policy)
- Resend — delivers your water report email when you request it.
- Cloudflare — network security and content delivery.
How we use your information
- To show and send you your free water report.
- To schedule and follow up about the free Home Water Checkup, if you ask for one.
- To answer questions you send us by chat, email, or phone.
- To understand how the site is used and make it better.
- To measure our advertising.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above, who process it on our behalf, or if the law requires it.
Email and text choices
Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text. Unsubscribing stops marketing messages; we may still send a message you specifically asked for (like a booking confirmation).
Cookies and advertising choices
The tools above may set cookies or similar identifiers. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, limit ad tracking on your device, and adjust your ad preferences directly with Meta. To opt out of targeted advertising based on your data from this site, email us at [email protected] and we will honor it.
Your rights (Virginia and beyond)
If you are a Virginia resident, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act gives you the right to access, correct, delete, and get a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Residents of other states with privacy laws (like California) have similar rights. We extend the same courtesy to everyone:

We will respond within 45 days. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response, and we will explain the outcome. Virginia residents may also contact the Virginia Attorney General.
How long we keep data
We keep contact information for as long as we have an active relationship with you or as needed to provide the services you asked for, then delete or de-identify it. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form.
Children
This site is for homeowners and renters, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above. Meaningful changes will be noted on this page.
