What your water report can't see: your house

City data ends at the street. The last hundred feet, your pipes, your pressure, your tank, is its own story.

Your report is real, measured data, but it describes the water as it leaves the treatment plant. Between the plant and your kitchen tap sits the part no city report covers: your house. Three things in particular:

Your city report sees this …it can't see any of this property line 1 2 3 treatment plant street main the last hundred feet
Past the property line the city's data goes dark: ① water heater · ② pressure regulator · ③ hard-water scale, none of them show up in any report.

None of that shows up in any water report, and it's usually exactly what decides which fix, if any, is genuinely worth it for your home. The city-side story is still worth knowing too: your system's free report page covers it.

The free way to fill in the picture

That's what the free Home Water Checkup is for. A licensed local plumber from SwiftPro, our on-the-ground team, spends 20–30 minutes at your place: tests your hardness, measures your water pressure, checks the water heater, then walks you through your options: what each one does, what each one can't, and whether your house even needs one.

No cost, no obligation, and you keep your numbers either way, same as the report.
